8 findings of The state of productivity and job satisfaction in B2B companies

Survey

B2B

Oct 31, 2023

Productivity and efficiency metrics in B2B companies are closely linked to the level of satisfaction and comfort employees receive. The platform TechBehemoths decided to explore this theory and asked 1,332 professionals from 157 B2B companies across 43 countries and territories. Below we summarize the findings of the survey.

We at TechBehemoths value employee satisfaction and considering that our platform brings together more than 45,000 companies worldwide, we must analyze how B2B vendors consider this fragile yet important aspect. The survey stresses the importance of employee satisfaction, productivity practices and tools, as well as the main positions that are threatened by lay-offs. As for the most interesting finding, it's hard to decide whether it is about the 7% layoff for testing professionals, or that Slack is more popular among companies compared to Microsoft Teams. Especially if we look at how much money does Slack and Microsoft invest in their products.

I am very attentive to the Work-Life Balance factor. Although our industry is very fast and technological, I truly believe that a high level of productivity is possible in a calm, tolerant and friendly environment. I'm delighted that TechBehemoths study drew attention to this indicator.
